Christmas in July Angel

A couple of days ago I started on that Nativity cross stitch kit I found last week. I finished the angel tonight.

The angel--and sheep--are stitched on plastic canvas, and the rest on Aida fabric.

I love how backstitching the design brings it to life. I can't wait to start the sheep tomorrow. Maybe by the end of Christmas in July this project will be finished!

    Your angel looks great! Makes me want to do some cross-stitch! Wish there were more hours in the day! :o) Can't wait to see the sheep!
